Michael Jonas, JD, MBA, (he/him) is a dedicated community advocate, attorney, and progressive Democrat running for the United States House of Representatives in Oregon's 3rd District. With a strong focus on small businesses, non-profits, and artists. Michael is committed to creating a better future for everyone in the community.
In 2023, Michael was named Oregon’s Small Business Champion of the Year by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and selected by Portland Business Journal as one of their 40 under 40 honorees.
He is Owner and Principal Attorney of Rational Unicorn Legal Services, and a nonprofit volunteer serving on a variety of boards, including Benefit Corporations For Good.
His campaign is rooted in the values of inclusivity, equality, and progress.
I’m running because I’m a creative and collaborative problem solver. I’m also running because like you, I’m fed up with the long list of issues America has but doesn’t seem to solve.
